Add web links as support documentation to Asset or Tool Information screens
Question: How do you attach web link information to an asset or tool record?
Answer: For ATS, put the web address in a Word document as a hyperlink, then ‘add’ the document to the tool information screen. To Add, from the Asset Information window, Select Edit | Select the Images & Docs tab | Select Add File. Then link to the word doc that contains the hyperlink. When you select the Word document and open it, you can Ctrl + click on the address to access the link.
For TTS, from the Tool Information window, Select Edit | Select the Images & Docs tab | Select Add URL
