Question: We are working on getting it our GigaTrak software set up. Are there ways to customize the program?

Answer: Depending upon the program, there are various options to customize some data Fields and  functions.

EX:  the following are accomplished from    FILE Tab | Setup Options   :
ATS – allows you to rename the following fields:
Classification
Type
Facility
Location
Funding Source
Model Number
Serial Number
Condition
TTS – allows you to rename the following fields:
Classification
Type
Facility
Location
Funding Source
Model Number
Serial Number
Account
Condition
Master/Catalog

Additionally, you have to option to use or not, certain options, such as Depreciation, or auto-triggering certain reports after logon.

STS – allows you to:

choose between basic password security and enhanced password policy rename:  Part and Manufacturing

choose to use, or not:  work order / account number / serial number

set multiple approvals for  Requisition approvals

Many other settings can be designated by the user the SUPPORT Tab dropdown.
