Reports – Displaying without printing

Question: How do we have GigaTrack display a report, verses only having the option to print the report? We want to run a report and have it simply pop up on the screen for informational purposes

Answer: In the report function, Select a report:

The report preview will display first on the screen.

You then have the following options:
1) Print a hardcopy (make sure you have an assigned printer:
File text tab | Printer Assignment function);
2) print an electronic or PDF version
3) print via send through email, if you’re system is using MS Outlook
as the email server.
