PTS won’t accept a ‘Location’ Scan

Question: I’m trying to put locations in the system that say B1-01 and it keeps bouncing back saying unknown location….what can I put so it won’t say unknown location?

Answer: Assuming you’re trying to enter B1-01 on the handheld, it must have been added on the PC first, then synced to the handheld before the handheld knows it’s a valid location.
