Since launching the GigaTrak Tool Tracking System in 2009, Conrad Industries, Inc. has been very pleased with the software. We started slowly, only rolling it out to one shipyard so we could customize it to our needs. The support we received along the way on this product was phenomenal. Every change or update that we requested was promptly delivered. We had so much success with the product after about a six month trial period that we decided to implement it at two of our other shipyards. Once we got our staff trained and familiar with the software it was only a matter of developing it even further to meet the different needs of each location. It was a pleasure working with such a knowledgeable staff. With so much positive feedback on the Tool Tracking System, we have decided to look into the Inventory Management System to suit some of our other needs as well. Route Planning and Delivery - Records customer deliveries off of the supplier’s truck and captures the signature of the recipient. Data is then uploaded via batch, RF or WLAN to a host central database for reporting and validation purposes. A WEB customer accessible delivery verification process is available. Automatic email notification to the customer is an option. Advanced Mapping and Routing now available.

Luggage Tracking System - Designed for conference and show centers that store luggage and bags for attendees. A powerful function creates a new storage area layout for shelving and floor space with barcoded labeling. Airline-style luggage tags and attendee receipts are automatically printed.

Lube Tracking System - Tracks industrial lubrication for auto and similar machining industries.

Order Tracking System - A new system that tracks the details of an order and production progress to delivery. Mainly for custom fabrication projects that require simple tracking of multiple steps through the order entry and production processes.

Residential Build Tracking System - A system for residential home builders to keep track of buyer requests and changes for appliances, carpeting, paint, fixtures, plumbing, siding, etc. A history of change requests is maintained to avoid the situation where a home owner says "this is not what I asked for"!

Vendor Managed Inventory System - Designed for the supplier who is responsible for maintaining inventory of parts, components and supplies at customer locations. Customer uses a simple handheld computer to collect consumption. VMI then remotely downloads inventory consumed on a daily basis. Maintains standard stocking levels at the customer location and issues a pick order for replenishment.
